Ownership Solutions |

We specialise in two types of property sales here in Thailand
The first type is where we go in as a co developer and purchase all the foreign ownership in a condominium building. Foreigners are allowed to own 49% of the total area of a condominium building in Thailand in their own name. Members who purchase their property in this way will be issued with a title deed (Chanod) at the local land office in their own name. For land based property, we have entered into a trust arrangement with Hutchinson & Co Trust Company in the UK. Through this arrangement we can offer land based property for sale. Each owner will be issued with a certificate from the trustee to prove their ownership, and in addition a renewable 30 year lease will be registered at the local land office to add another layer of security for the owners. In this way we can offer the property for perpetuity. To find out more about how the trustee membership works.
